Booked a room with STUNNING views on the tropical garden and the surrounding mountains. The location was peaceful and absolutely perfect - ease of access to Iglesia San Miguel Church. This hotel was in a well kept area right by Tepoztlan central, and the tropical garden and the surrounding mountains.

I stayed in a double room here and it was so nicely done, super breezy with a sweet view. 🌿 the team did a great job, they were top-notch and really took care of anything I needed.

The complimentary breakfast cooked to order was a good start to my day, with eggs, black beans, chilaquiles, pan dulce. The staff in the lobby served us dinner upon our late arrival, a pleasant surprise. The massage and facial services were a much-needed treat. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short 15-20 minute walk to town. Sundays were even more exciting with the bustling market. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Tepoztlán.

The staff here was extremely helpful and top-class, the room was spacious, and the location is fantastic with beautiful views of the mountain, also there's a nice pool and onsite parking available.

The drinks offered upon arrival were a nice touch and helped us relax. The jacuzzi was a great way to unwind. The location was within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, which was convenient for finding food.

The room could have been cleaner, we found a few hairs on the sheets and in the shower. The wifi signal was weak and difficult to connect to.

This hotel is situated close to the action yet on the edge of town in a beautiful neighborhood. the center of town is a short stroll away and you can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We were pleasantly surprised by the high-quality amenities in our room, including a modern shower and a sound system to connect our devices. the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

You may experience some noise at night due to the surrounding neighborhood, but overall it did not detract from the peaceful ambiance of the property.
